OnchainSuite

Retention and lifecycle software that lets blockchain companies message customers by email and in-app, triggered by on-chain activity.

Best for: Protocol growth, marketing, and product teams that need to segment and reach users based on live wallet behavior.
Overview

A blockchain company can monitor churn, acquisition, and retention among its most valuable users in real time, down to the transaction, and unlike an ecommerce company, it can do nothing about it. Existing marketing tools cannot bridge the gap between an anonymous wallet address data trail on-chain and its owner's communication channel, so blockchain companies end up watching their users churn with no functional way to respond.

OnchainSuite was built to solve that missing channel. The platform works like Klaviyo for ecommerce data, except the data source is the blockchain. A marketer can build a lifecycle automation once, such as a win-back sequence that fires when any wallet's deposited balance falls below a threshold, and it runs per wallet at any hour until paused. Or the marketer can write an email campaign for a segment defined by live blockchain activity, such as everyone who deposited more than $1,000 into a vault in the past 30 days.

Its custom IP includes privacy-preserving identity resolution and a proprietary Protocol and Chain Normalisation System. Identity matching uses zero-knowledge methods, is stored off-chain, and can be deleted. The event pipeline makes a protocol event look identical across Ethereum, Solana, Base, and Polygon, regardless of the underlying ABI structure.

Use Cases
  • Lifecycle automation for wallet behavior, including win-back sequences when deposited balances fall below a threshold
  • Behavioral campaigns to segments such as wallets that deposited more than $1,000 into a vault in the past 30 days
  • A sub-10-minute first mile with auto-indexed 90-day cohorts for active, dormant, and churned liquidity providers
  • Email-only campaigns for teams that want to start with Send and turn on the wallet channel later
