The role

We are looking for a data-driven Product Analyst to help us better understand player behaviour and drive product decisions through insights and analytics.

Working closely with the Product, CRM and Gaming teams, you will analyse how players interact with our platform, identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention, and measure the impact of product features, campaigns and game performance.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear recommendations and wants to play a key role in shaping player experience and product strategy within a fast-growing iGaming business.

What you'll be doing

Analyse player behaviour across the full customer journey.
Identify drop-off points, friction areas and conversion opportunities.
Monitor retention, engagement, session behaviour and feature adoption.
Analyse campaign performance, promotional engagement and game discovery trends.
Support A/B testing and product experimentation.
Build dashboards, reports and actionable insight summaries for stakeholders.
Work closely with Product, CRM and Gaming teams to support data-driven decision making.
Measure the impact of new features, campaigns and product changes.

What we are looking for

3+ years experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics or a similar role.
Strong SQL and analytical skills.
Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
Strong understanding of conversion funnels, retention and engagement metrics.
Ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

Experience within iGaming, Sweepstakes, Gaming or Online Entertainment.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
Experience using BigQuery, Looker, Tableau and LogRocket.
