About the Role

Kraken's OTC desk is a market leader in the innovative crypto industry. As the Structured Products Analyst, you will work with our options team on trading and risk managing structured products offerings for our OTC client base.

Responsibilities

• Price derivatives trades for OTC institutional clients across vanilla options, forwards, and structured products
• Risk manage delta, volatility, and rate exposure for the structured products book
• Oversee hedging activity and manage collateral requirements across platforms and clients
• Assume ownership of daily PNL and performance of structured trades
• Design and manage portfolio analytics for risk management and performance
• Identify trading opportunities across CeFi and DeFi derivatives
• Interface with institutional clients to design optimal trading structures

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in options trading, exotic derivatives trading, and/or structured products trading
• Experience with derivatives pricing and modeling
• Strong appreciation for derivatives risk management and safeguards
• Excellent communication skills
• Commercial mindset to grow business responsibly
• Knowledge of crypto derivatives markets (centralized & decentralized)

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Python/Scala/Golang
