About Us

We're a leading global HFT firm headquartered in Amsterdam. We trade across crypto, equities and derivatives in markets worldwide.

The Role

This is a research leadership role. The firm has three research teams working in parallel, and we want one leader to bring them together into a single, collaborative research group with shared tools, clear priorities and a strong research culture. You won't need trading experience, and you won't be running a trading book.

Responsibilities

Lead and bring together the firm's research teams into one group
Set research direction and priorities, and build shared processes and tools
Bring deep learning expertise to the firm's core research
Hire and develop top research talent

Requirements

World-class deep learning expertise, from a leading AI lab, university or research institute
Proven experience leading and growing research teams
A strong publication record or equivalent recognised impact
Comfort in a direct, demanding and fast-moving environment
Based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate
