About the Role

We're seeking a Junior Growth Data Analyst — a curious, analytical, and proactive self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems with data. You should be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment and be genuinely excited about crypto, trading, and analytics.

Responsibilities

Own the design and delivery of analytical dashboards for metrics and KPIs across campaigns, user funnels, and product performance
Analyze large user and event datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks
Identify drivers of acquisition, activation, and retention through data storytelling and cohort analysis
Collaborate with engineers to ensure data integrity and reliable measurement frameworks
Suggest and validate experimentation by defining success metrics
Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for marketing and leadership teams
Assist in building predictive models for trader LTV to inform strategy and campaign planning

Requirements

3+ years of experience in data analysis and data management within financial services
Proficiency with product analytics tools (Amplitude/MixPanel, Google Analytics 4)
Expertise in Looker Studio and SQL for behavioral and funnel analysis
Working knowledge of marketing ad platforms like Meta and X
Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and first-party data integrations
Skilled at building KPI dashboards and cohort reports

Nice to Have

Familiarity with blockchain and crypto exchanges
Experience with user acquisition KPIs in crypto/fintech
Light Python / SQL experience
