The Role

We're seeking a Junior Growth Data Analyst — someone curious, analytical, and proactive. A self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems with data, uncovering meaningful insights, and communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of analytical dashboards for metrics and KPIs across campaigns, user funnels, and product performance
• Analyze large user and event datasets (Amplitude, Looker, SQL) to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks
• Identify and explain drivers of acquisition, activation, and retention through data storytelling and cohort analysis
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure data integrity, event tracking consistency, and reliable measurement frameworks
• Suggest experimentation by defining success metrics, validating results, and recommending next steps
• Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for marketing and leadership teams
• Assist in building predictive models for trader LTV to inform strategy and campaign planning
• Manage data pipelines and analysis for Hubspot in collaboration with the BD team

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and data management within the financial services industry
• Proficiency with product analytics tools (Amplitude/MixPanel, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, SQL)
• Working knowledge of Ad platforms such as Meta and X
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and first-party data integrations
• Skilled at building KPI dashboards and cohort reports
• Experience implementing tracking pixels, event schemas, and UTM structures

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with blockchain, crypto exchanges, and user acquisition KPIs
• Light Python / SQL experience
