About the Role

We're seeking a Junior Growth Data Analyst — a curious, analytical, and proactive self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems with data. You should be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment and be genuinely excited about crypto, trading, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of analytical dashboards for metrics and KPIs across campaigns, user funnels, and product performance
• Analyze large user and event datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks
• Identify and explain drivers of acquisition, activation, and retention through data storytelling and cohort analysis
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure data integrity and reliable measurement frameworks
• Suggest experimentation by defining success metrics and recommending next steps
• Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for marketing and leadership teams
• Assist in building predictive models for trader LTV to inform strategy and campaign planning

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and data management within financial services
• Proficiency with product analytics tools (Amplitude/MixPanel, Google Analytics 4)
• Proficiency with Looker Studio and SQL for behavioral and funnel analysis
• Working knowledge of marketing ad platforms like Meta and X
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and first-party data integrations
• Skilled at building KPI dashboards and cohort reports
• Experience implementing tracking pixels and event schemas

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with blockchain and crypto exchanges
• Light Python / SQL experience
• Understanding of user acquisition KPIs like deposits and trading volume
