€80k – DataOps – Blockchain Infra – Remote

About Us

We are a fast-growing Web3 startup developing a visual and intuitive blockchain investigation tool that brings transparency to the crypto ecosystem by exposing fraud and suspicious on-chain patterns. Following a €3M seed round and our V2 now in production, we are entering a new B2B-focused phase with increasingly rich DeFi dashboards and analyses, powered by exploding on-chain data volumes (dozens of terabytes across major chains).

The Role

The DataOps position is central to our company, covering the entire technical infrastructure with multiple parallel initiatives including a migration to bare metal, in direct collaboration with our CTO. This is an opportunity to take a key role in a small tech team where every infrastructure decision truly matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration and management of a Bare Metal infrastructure for the ClickHouse database (dozens of TB)
• Develop and deploy Python services (FastAPI, Cloud functions) for on-chain and off-chain data pipelines
• Orchestrate containers (Kubernetes) and optimize performance of production services
• Manage a hybrid Bare Metal / managed Cloud (GCP) infrastructure with true autonomy over architecture decisions
• Collaborate directly with the CTO and data team to evolve the infrastructure in line with product development

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience with low-level infrastructure topics (Bare Metal, Kubernetes)
• Strong proficiency with OLAP databases (ClickHouse or equivalent)
• Experience creating and managing high-volume data pipelines
• Comfortable with Cloud (GCP is a plus) and Python development (FastAPI)
• Fluent French, comfortable working in a fully remote environment

Compensation & Benefits

• €60k to €80k depending on profile
• Permanent contract (CDI), fully remote with occasional in-person sessions
