The Role

We are hiring a Business Reporting Analyst to join our team, working group-wide across brands. You will report to CEO / Group Management and work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Payments and Product to give leadership a clear understanding of business performance, connecting data across Marketing, Clients, Trading, Payments and Finance to explain what is happening, why it's happening, and what actions should follow.

Location: Romania (preferred), Cyprus (possible).

Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance across CFD, DMA, Crypto and other products, identifying key trends, changes and anomalies.
• Understand and analyze the full client funnel from lead.
• Explain why KPIs and business performance are changing, identifying the main drivers behind over- or underperformance.
• Analyze performance by product, country, channel, campaign, affiliate, client segment and cohort.
• Connect Marketing spend and acquisition activity with client quality, deposits, trading activity, retention and revenue.
• Analyze key commercial metrics including conversion rates, CAC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, client value and retention.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, Payments and other teams to understand the business context behind the data.
• Work closely with the BI Team to define KPIs, reporting requirements, dashboards and required data views.
• Turn data into clear conclusions, explanations and actionable recommendations for management.
• Support and continuously improve daily, weekly and monthly management reporting and performance analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Business Analysis / Reporting / Commercial Analysis / Performance Analysis.
• Previous experience in online brokerage / trading / fintech strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of online trading / brokerage business models, CFD, DMA, Crypto and/or Investing.
• Strong understanding of the full client acquisition and conversion funnel.
• Strong understanding of Marketing performance and acquisition channels.
• Experience analyzing leads, registrations, KYC, FTDs, deposits, trading activity, revenue and retention.
• Strong understanding of key commercial KPIs: conversion, CAC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, ROI, retention and client value.
• Strong business and financial analysis skills, with the ability to identify trends, anomalies and drivers behind performance changes.
• Strong Excel / data analysis skills.
• Experience preparing management-level analysis and reporting, and presenting to senior management.
• Experience working across multiple business functions.
• Fluent English (mandatory, reporting is consumed group-wide).

• Strong use of AI tools for analysis and productivity.
• Experience using AI to analyze datasets, identify trends, and automate repetitive analysis.
• AI-assisted management reporting and presentations.
• Exposure to AI-driven Marketing / customer analytics.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics or similar (relevant industry experience is valued more than formal certifications).
