Role Overview

We're hiring a markets researcher who writes: someone who pulls raw on-chain data, works out how these markets actually function at the microstructure level, and turns it into sharp, specific thought pieces that traders and searchers respect.

The Core Skill

The heart of this role is financial-market research and writing about market microstructure. This is not broad "what is Solana" explainers or hype threads. We're looking for specific, narrow, deep thought pieces on how execution and trading actually work—the kind of writing a quant desk would circulate internally.
