Responsibilities

• Conduct business data analysis by deeply understanding business operations, defining core business metrics, and owning daily core reporting and in-depth business analysis reports.
• Build comprehensive data analysis plans based on different business development stages or specific business problems.
• Establish and continuously optimize structured data analysis frameworks to support business growth and decision-making.
• Develop and improve new analysis methods when existing approaches cannot effectively solve business problems, improving the efficiency and accuracy of business analysis.
• Explore data value in depth, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to support business decisions.
• Own data analysis for trading products, wealth management products, or related business areas.
• Collaborate with product, operations, marketing, and other business teams to improve business efficiency through data-driven approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience; experience in cryptocurrency, finance, exchanges, or leading internet companies is preferred.
• 2+ years of cryptocurrency industry experience is preferred.
• Cryptocurrency exchange experience is a strong plus and may allow flexibility on overall experience requirements.
• Strong data extraction and analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BI tools such as Volcengine DataWind or similar platforms.
• Strong sensitivity to data, clear logical thinking, and structured problem-solving ability.
• Ability to deeply understand business processes, identify issues, and provide timely feedback.
• Proactive, resilient under pressure, adaptable, and collaborative.
• Experience with AI-related tools, applications, or analysis workflows is a plus.
