The Role

Full-time position, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Location: No. 59 Quang Trung Street, Nguyen Du, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution across Web3, blockchain, DeFi, fintech, enterprise platforms, and digital transformation solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear product requirements and solution proposals.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including BRD, SRS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, process flows, and release documentation.
• Lead product discovery through market research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder workshops to identify business opportunities and improve product-market fit.
• Design business processes, user journeys, system workflows, and functional solutions that align with business objectives and technical constraints.
• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to ensure successful product delivery.
• Facilitate requirement clarification sessions, backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and product demonstrations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in Web3, Blockchain, DeFi, or FinTech.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, DeFi protocols, tokenomics, wallet integration, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (Aptos experience is a strong plus).
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product discovery and requirement analysis to development, release, and continuous product improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs, user insights, and data into product decisions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with Engineering, QA, UI/UX, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills with the ability to align business and technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools such as Clickup, Figma, Notion, or similar platforms.

Nice to Have

• Experience delivering Web3, blockchain, DeFi, AI, or fintech.
• Familiarity with blockchain architecture, smart contracts, wallet integration, digital asset management, and on-chain/off-chain system design.
• Experience working in startup or scale-up environments with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
• Experience supporting pre-sales, solution consulting, proposal preparation, or client-facing product workshops.
• Active involvement in the Web3/blockchain ecosystem through communities, conferences, hackathons, or open-source initiatives.
• Professional English with the ability to lead meetings, write product documentation, and communicate effectively with international clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.
