Sui On-Chain Data

Verified Dune Dashboards for Sui Protocols

I built the public Dune dashboards for Navi, Suilend, and Bluefin. Every number traces to a contract event, not a self-reported API. Scope to delivery in 2 weeks.

Why Sui Data Is Different

Sui Broke the Dune Playbook

On Ethereum, a lending dashboard is close to a solved problem. Dune's curated tables cover lending on 15 EVM chains and DEX trades across EVM and Solana. You query and move on.

Sui is in neither. As of 2026 it has five curated tables on Dune, and none of them cover multi-asset lending, perps internals, or protocol state. For Navi, Suilend, Bluefin, and most protocol analytics, you drop down to raw events and objects. No decoded columns, no convenience tables, no established query patterns. Every APR, every TVL figure, every liquidation gets computed from primitives.

The chain's object-centric design compounds this. State lives inside typed objects instead of account mappings, decimals are normalized differently per protocol, interest accrues through ray-encoded indexes, and standard price tables don't reliably cover Sui assets. Each of these is a place where a dashboard can be silently wrong while looking perfectly plausible.

It isn't hypothetical. The most-cited Navi dashboard on Dune, 19 charts running under the Navi name, filters on a package that belongs to Suilend. It has been reading a competitor's contract the whole time. I caught it because I rebuilt Navi's markets from on-chain primitives and the numbers refused to line up. I cross-checked the package three ways before saying so publicly.

That is the state of Sui data today: even the reference dashboards can be wrong, and almost nobody is checking. Verified beats popular.

The Written Record

The Methodology Is Public

I document how this work gets done, in long form, so protocol teams can judge the method before they judge the numbers.

The query patterns, failure modes, and pricing rules behind this work are systematized in an open-source toolkit I maintain for agent-assisted Sui analytics. The expertise is documented, not improvised.

What We Build

From Public Dashboards to Internal BI

Dune is the Wikipedia + GitHub of Web3. Publishing live dashboards earns credibility, brand awareness, and inbound traffic. If your protocol doesn't have one, you're invisible to analysts, investors, and CT.

Showcase Protocol Health

TVL, token metrics, user growth, and activity trends, all public, all verifiable.

Marketing Ammo

Every chart is a shareable link your growth team can drop into posts, reports, and investor updates.

Community Leverage

Analysts fork your queries and build on top, amplifying your data reach.

How We Ship

From Brief to Dashboard in Days

01

Scope Call (20 min)

We align on your protocol, chains, stakeholders, and the metrics that actually drive your decisions. No lengthy discovery phase.

02

Build & Iterate (2 weeks)

Dashboard goes live fast. You see progress within days, not months, and we refine scope as insights emerge.

03

Deliver & Support

Documented dashboards with walkthroughs for your team. Optional monthly iteration (new metrics, new chains, competitive research) scoped to what you actually need.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

You can, and you might fork a wrong one. The most popular Navi dashboard on Dune queries Suilend's contract. On a chain with no decoded tables, verifying which package a query actually reads is the core skill, and it's the first thing I check.
Yes. That exact problem splits Navi and Suilend into two different extraction paths. Where events carry protocol-native USD, I use it and verify it against stablecoin flows. Where they don't, I reconstruct pricing from the protocol's own oracle or from Sui DEX trades. Missing prices fail loudly as flagged nulls, never silently as zeros.
Both. Lending (Navi, Suilend) and perps (Bluefin) are live. The extraction patterns transfer to any Sui protocol emitting events: DEXs, CDPs, liquid staking, vaults.
Both. Some teams need the public dashboard built and handed off with documentation. Others keep me monthly for new metrics, competitive research, and iteration. We scope it on the first call.

Get Your Protocol's On-Chain Record

Analysts, funds, and CT are already evaluating Sui protocols. If your numbers aren't public and verifiable, someone else's version of them is the reference. Let's fix that in 2 weeks.
