About The Role
We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Boost product stream. This is a product-facing BA role with strong ownership of feature design and requirements. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and analytics — turning high-level ideas into clear, structured, and development-ready solutions. This role is not a pure data analyst position — we expect strong ownership of feature logic, user flows, and specifications, with data used as a supporting tool for decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Translate high-level product ideas into detailed, structured, and development-ready specifications (PRDs).
- Define user flows, feature logic, states, and edge cases.
- Decompose features into clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Design multiple implementation scenarios and evaluate product and economic trade-offs.
- Define success metrics for features together with Product.
- Ensure tracking requirements are properly defined and implemented.
- Develop and maintain feature-level metrics and calculation models for cashback, rewards, pricing, and other retention initiatives.
- Contribute to unit economics modeling together with Product/Pricing.
- Collaborate closely with Design to balance UX, conversion, and business goals.
- Work with Engineering and QA to ensure requirements are complete, unambiguous, and implementable.
- Own and maintain documentation in Confluence and support estimation and delivery process.
- Support product decisions with data insights and hypothesis validation.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Product roles within product teams.
- Strong experience in writing product specifications (PRDs) and requirements decomposition.
- Ability to define user flows, business logic, and edge cases.
- Experience driving features end-to-end (idea → specification → delivery).
- Understanding of product metrics (retention, conversion, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with unit economics / product economics, including incentive and profitability calculations.
- Solid understanding of financial and pricing logic — rounding rules, currency conversion, exchange rates, and the mathematical mechanics behind loyalty and cashback programs.
- Strong Google Sheets skills, including building calculation models and validating assumptions.
- Experience working closely with designers, engineers, and QA.
- Strong communication, ownership, and prioritization skills.
Nice To Have
- Background in fintech / crypto / payments.
- Experience with pricing and monetization.
- Experience with event tracking and integrations.
- Basic SQL / experience with analytics tools.
Benefits
- Competitive market rate salary and performance-based incentives.
- 22 days annual leave with an additional 6 company days, plus bank holidays.
- Comprehensive health insurance plans.
- Maternity & Paternity leave support.
- Extensive benefits program.
- Flexible work schedule and remote work options.
- Modern offices and co-working spaces across 6 countries.
- Working equipment.
- Professional development and training opportunities.
- Opportunity to shape the initiatives you're working on.
- Diverse and friendly team.
- We are open-minded to new ideas.
