Responsibilities

• Deeply understand business logic and data flows, collaborate closely with business teams to efficiently respond to and precisely interpret their data needs, and empower business decisions with data insights.
• Establish a data monitoring system to promptly detect data anomalies, identify potential risks and business opportunities, and provide data-driven solutions to ensure sustained business growth.
• Utilize statistical analysis methods to deeply explore user behaviour patterns and market trends, offering forward-looking strategic recommendations and decision support to business teams.

Requirements

• Educational Background: No specific major is required, but candidates with backgrounds in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Science, Marketing, or Finance are preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent proficiency in Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
• Core Competencies: Possess strong communication, learning, and teamwork skills; excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities; highly adaptable and resilient under pressure.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
