Responsibilities

Research and develop systematic trading strategies across digital assets
Identify alpha opportunities through statistical modelling and market analysis
Analyse market microstructure, liquidity, and execution behaviour
Build and improve quantitative models from research through deployment

Requirements

Quantitative Researcher or Quant Trader experience
Strong track record developing trading strategies
Advanced Python and statistical modelling skills
Experience with tick data, order books, exchanges, or high-frequency datasets
Background operating in competitive trading environments
