The Team

The Product & Technology team leads the charge in developing our platform and solutions, empowering customers to invest with confidence. The Data & Analytics squad sits at the heart of this — our mission is to solve business problems using data collected across multiple sources and to build a self-serve data culture that scales with the company. We see ourselves as the team that understands the business most deeply, which positions us to deliver exceptionally high-impact insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business data queries, providing timely and accurate analysis across teams.
• Drive growth in data adoption by proactively surfacing insights and communicating findings to a wide range of stakeholders in a clear, accessible way.
• Transform complex data and findings into intuitive tables, graphs, charts, and reports that inform decision-making.
• Design and implement dashboards and data models that give stakeholders self-serve access to the insights they need.
• Partner with Product Managers to monitor new releases, assess downstream impact on data models, and analyse product data to enhance features and track key metrics.
• Define baselines and success metrics for business and product features, and provide data-backed recommendations for optimisation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets and working with modern cloud data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience with dbt Cloud, Hevo Data, and Lightdash (or equivalent modern data stack and BI tools).
• Experience analysing product and business data using tools such as Amplitude and partnering with Product and Engineering teams to measure feature performance and drive decision-making.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a fast-paced technology, fintech, or startup environment, with familiarity using tools such as Atlassian/Jira, GitHub, and Notion being a plus.
• A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for building a data-driven culture and enabling self-serve analytics across the business.
