The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (Trading Platforms) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and translate their needs into detailed requirements for technical solutions.
• Analyze existing business processes and systems to pinpoint areas for improvement and optimization.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather requirements and elicit business needs.
• Document business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications clearly and concisely.
• Author product requirements documents, functional specifications, and technical proposals, refining them into actionable technical documentation.
• Develop and maintain business process models, flowcharts, and diagrams to illustrate system interactions and data flows.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that technical solutions are aligned with business requirements and delivered on time and within budget.
• Actively participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance (QA) activities to ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, developing ready strategies to mitigate them promptly.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Trading (CFD/Forex, Crypto) business domain.
• Proved experience working in trading systems development. Experience with MT4/MT5 trading platforms is a big plus.
• Experience in describing APIs and processes (sequence diagrams, XSD, JSON-schema, PROTOBUF-schema).
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong grasp of business processes and systems.
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for analyzing complex issues and proposing effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Proved working experience in multilanguage and multicultural environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Effective multitasking and self-prioritizing skills. Strong focus on final result.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is a plus.
• English B2 (C1 highly advantageous)
