The Role

Join the Pioneer Crypto Brand in the Philippines and be part of a fast-growing organization with the vision to expand its territories outside APAC.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build and improve the organization's business intelligence platform: organize dashboards, queries, permissions, and data model
• Build reporting pipelines for finance, operations, compliance and other departments
• Analyze large data sets using a variety of database query and visualization tools
• Work closely with Data Architects, Data Scientists, Data Engineers and SRE to deliver data products with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Act as data evangelist for business stakeholders
• Drive development of self-service BI platform
• Manage and review product requirements within the team and provide feedback to product management and other stakeholders
• Leverage AI models to enhance data analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence reporting
• Utilize AI-powered automation for anomaly detection, trend analysis, and data-driven decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering or other related field
• Advanced data analysis and SQL
• Data modeling for business use cases and self-service
• Administering BI platform, preferably with hundreds of reports and dashboards for 100 users
• Strong understanding in financial modeling, analysis and planning
• High level of interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven with a proven ability to manage time and multiple priorities well
• Entrepreneurial with strong business acumen - ability to articulate analyses and translate to actionable business insights
• Fluent in English for cross-functional communication
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Workspace

Nice to Have

• Relevant experience and/or strong interest in crypto industry
• Experience with Python
• Experience in data warehouses, data lakes, ETL frameworks, and Apache Spark
• Basic experience in developing or fine-tuning AI models for data analysis, forecasting, or anomaly detection
• Experience using AI-powered analytics tools for data visualization, sentiment analysis, or predictive modeling
