The Role

We are hiring a Crypto Volatility & Risk Analyst (Remote, US) to support risk analysis, market intelligence, and strategic research initiatives across cryptocurrency markets and digital asset ecosystems.

This role focuses on analyzing market volatility, evaluating risk factors, monitoring liquidity conditions, and identifying behavioral patterns across digital asset markets. The analyst will contribute to research-driven insights that support strategic decision-making while tracking emerging trends across cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance, and blockchain ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cryptocurrency price movements, volatility patterns, and market structure across digital asset markets
• Monitor liquidity conditions, trading activity, and market sentiment across centralized and decentralized platforms
• Evaluate risk factors associated with digital assets, token ecosystems, and blockchain networks
• Track on-chain activity including wallet behavior, transaction flows, and capital movements
• Research tokenomics, protocol fundamentals, and ecosystem growth indicators
• Prepare risk assessments, market intelligence reports, and strategic research presentations
• Identify emerging risks, market opportunities, and evolving trends across Web3 ecosystems
• Monitor macroeconomic developments and their potential impact on digital asset markets
• Collaborate with internal teams on blockchain research, market analysis, and strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital asset markets
• Understanding of market volatility, liquidity dynamics, risk management concepts, and tokenomics
• Experience or strong interest in crypto market analysis, investment research, or financial markets
• Ability to analyze financial, market, and blockchain data to generate actionable insights
• Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with blockchain explorers, Dune Analytics, Nansen, Glassnode, CoinGlass, TradingView, or similar research platforms

Compensation

Salary range: $115,000 to $130,000 USD per year depending on experience and background.

Performance-based bonuses, research incentives, and potential participation in ecosystem initiatives may also be offered.
