About Us

A rapidly growing proprietary trading firm is seeking a Senior Quant Researcher to join its team. You'll have the opportunity to gain significant visibility from senior stakeholders, working closely with C-Suite professionals to help ensure that the firm's research efforts are second-to-none.

The Role

This position can be based in Chicago, NYC, Hong Kong, or London. Fully remote arrangements are available in the US and/or Europe.

Responsibilities

Spearhead the firm's quant research efforts
Collaborate with and manage a team of quants
Perform hands-on quant research and large scale data analysis of the crypto markets
Complete full-cycle research projects

Requirements

10+ years of experience in traditional quant finance
Experience in risk-management functions
Strong understanding of the digital assets market
Impeccable programming skills
Problem-solving mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
