About the Role

The Compliance function at OKX is responsible for the overall compliance culture at the company. We are a team of risk-minded problem solvers who advise the business on regulatory obligations and enterprise risk.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive reviews of incoming customer onboarding cases ensuring consistent application of KYB principles
• Review KYB documents using validation tools and reputable sources to verify AML documentation
• Request appropriate CDD/EDD documentation to ensure complete AML onboarding process
• Follow up on pending CDD/EDD requests within relevant SLAs
• Investigate potential matches from customer screening against sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media
• Provide management information on AML/CDD issues
• Maintain high-quality service levels and professionally handle customer and departmental queries
• Support enhancement of CDD function and maintain procedures
• Manage specific projects as they arise

Requirements

• Tertiary higher education (Higher Diploma, Degree or higher)
• Two or more years' experience in CDD with institutional client (KYB) exposure
• Strong team player with ability to work effectively within the function
• Excellent communication and writing skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
