About Us

Humbility is an algorithmic cryptocurrency trading firm operating across DeFi and CeFi on multiple chains and exchanges. We build low-latency, market-neutral arbitrage systems in a highly competitive environment.

Our team of 50+ Software Engineers and Quantitative Researchers thrives on solving complex mathematical and logical challenges. Winning at the microsecond level means constantly pushing the boundaries of trading logic and code performance.

The Role

We're looking for Quantitative Researchers interested in mathematics and trading logic optimization to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve our trading logic
  • Develop tools to monitor our trading performance
  • Dive deep into latencies to the microsecond level
  • Analyze competitors' trading logic and latencies

Requirements

  • At least two years of working experience with data (Python and SQL experience is a must)
  • Strong mathematical skills and passion for solving complex problems
  • Ability and motivation to learn new concepts quickly
  • Proficiency in English and Lithuanian languages
  • Availability to work on-site at our Simbiocity Vilnius office

The salary range for this position is €3,500 – €10,000 gross per month.
