Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Oversee and optimize the organizational structure of cross-departmental data teams, covering core business lines such as product and operations. Lead the development of organizational data capabilities and excellence frameworks.
• Trading Analysis: Responsible for end-to-end data analysis and insights for the full trading business chain. Support operational decision-making and risk management for diverse trading products.
• Executive Collaboration: Work closely with the senior management team to translate data analysis results into actionable business strategies and growth initiatives.
• Indicator Systems: Design and promote target management frameworks, core KPI systems, and the construction of visualization dashboards. Continuously track business health and market performance.
• Efficiency Enhancement: Lead data-driven specialized projects to improve operational efficiency, market depth, and overall performance of trading-related businesses.
• Client Empowerment: Build data service frameworks and analysis tools for key client segments to assist in their business growth and value enhancement.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth attribution analysis for trading activities and track market dynamics to provide forward-looking insights for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience: Extensive experience in data analysis and business intelligence within Fintech or related industries. A background in trading business is highly preferred.
• Professional Competence: Possess a deep understanding of core trading-related operations. Proven ability in data analysis and modeling for complex financial scenarios.
• Leadership Experience: Hands-on experience leading mid-to-large scale data teams. Demonstrated ability to drive the implementation of company-level data projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert mastery of SQL, Python, and mainstream BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Capability to independently build comprehensive data systems and architectures.
• Communication & Influence: Excellent cross-level communication skills with the ability to influence business decisions through a data-driven lens.
• Languages: Fluent in both Chinese and English.
• Education: Master's degree or above in a related field is preferred.
