Blockchain

The Role
We are looking for a Product Analyst to join the Consumer Product group and help drive data-informed decision-making across our consumer experiences. This role sits at the core of product development: partnering closely with Product Managers, Design, Engineering, and Growth to identify opportunities, measure impact, and shape product strategy through data. You will have a defined problem space (e.g., onboarding, trading, retention, payments, or growth funnels), acting as the analytical counterpart to Product Managers. This is not a reporting role — you will help define what we should build and why and help execute on these decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own Product Analytics for a Consumer Domain: Become the analytical owner of a specific product area within the Consumer organization, develop deep understanding of user behavior, funnels, and lifecycle dynamics, and define success metrics and measurement frameworks for product initiatives
- Partner Closely with Product Managers: Work day-to-day with PMs to frame problems and prioritize opportunities, translate ambiguous product questions into structured analyses, and support roadmap decisions with quantitative insights
- Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Build dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and monitoring systems; analyze user journeys, conversion funnels, retention cohorts, and feature adoption; and identify growth levers and friction points across the product experience
- Experimentation & Impact Measurement: Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments, evaluate feature launches and quantify business impact, and establish causal understanding, not just descriptive reporting
- Data Exploration & Insight Generation: Proactively surface opportunities using behavioral and transactional data, partner with Data Engineering to improve data quality and instrumentation, and advocate for strong analytics standards across teams
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or similar roles
- Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets independently
- Fluency with experimentation and problem solving
- Experience working directly with Product Managers in a product organization
- Strong business intuition and ability to connect data to product decisions
- Deeply data-driven but product-minded mindset
- Curious and proactive — not waiting for questions
- Entrepreneurial ability to pivot very regularly
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, crypto, marketplaces, or consumer apps at scale
- Python or statistical modeling experience
- Familiarity with payments or trading products
- Interest in crypto and decentralized finance
Benefits
- Full-time salary based on experience and meaningful equity in an industry-leading company
- London office based role with mandatory in-office presence three days per week
- Work from Anywhere Policy: ability to work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 20 days per year
- ClassPass
- Budgets for learning & professional development
- Unlimited vacation policy; work hard and take time when you need it
- Apple equipment
- Flexible work culture
- The opportunity to be a key player and build your career at a rapidly expanding, global technology company in an emerging field
