About This Role

As a Senior Product Data Scientist at Binance.US, you will own and drive high-impact ML and data science projects that directly shape how the platform grows, retains users, and allocates resources. This is not a day-to-day analytical support role. You will work with significant independence on large, well-scoped problems — from framing the question to delivering findings that influence product and business strategy.

Typical projects include churn prediction and prevention, designing and evaluating growth programs, and user segmentation models the broader team can act on. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across Product, Growth, and Finance, but you drive the work independently rather than being embedded in a PM's daily workflow.

This role is a strong fit if you have a track record of delivering ML projects end-to-end, think naturally about business impact, and prefer depth over breadth.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end ML projects that directly impact product growth, engagement, and monetization, from problem framing to deployment and measurement
• Build and maintain ML models such as user segmentation, churn prediction, and recommendation systems to surface actionable opportunities for the product
• Partner with Product Managers to translate business questions into well-defined analytical or modeling problems with clear success metrics
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on user behavior, funnels, cohorts, and journeys to identify growth opportunities and inform product strategy
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments with a strong focus on revenue, retention, and engagement impact
• Develop and maintain key product KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring metrics to track model performance and product outcomes
• Ensure accurate event tracking and data instrumentation for new and existing product features
• Translate complex analytical and modeling findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Act as a thought partner and data leader within product teams, fostering a strong data-driven and experimentation culture

Preferred Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, or a closely related role in a consumer-facing tech company
• Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production
• Strong understanding of experimental design, statistics, and causal inference, including common pitfalls in real-world experimentation
• Deep experience analyzing user funnels, cohorts, lifecycle metrics, and customer journeys
• Fluency in SQL and high proficiency in Python or R
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect model outputs and data insights to product strategy and commercial outcomes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence product decisions through data
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining analytical rigor
• Prior experience in fintech, crypto, or marketplace products is a plus, but not required

Salary

The starting pay range for this role is between AED42,000 - AED48,000 per month for all U.A.E. remote locations. The actual base pay will vary, and is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skill sets, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change.
